University Building
The Sunway University rainwater harvesting system was installed in 2015. The rainwater harvesting tank has a storage capacity of 67.5m^3 of water. The harvested rainwater is used for non-potable usage irrigation of campus vegetation.

Graduate Centre Building
The Graduate Centre rainwater harvesting system was installed in 2018. All water is channeled to the pipeline of 4.54m^3 tank. This water tank will then channel the rainwater into the garden pipe for the landscape around the campus.

In 2022, the University saved 584 cubic metres of water by reusing harvested rainwater for non-potable purposes.
