Biography

Tan Tee Hean earned her PhD in computing from Sunway University, Malaysia, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in information technology from Multimedia University, Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) in Information Systems from Campbell University, USA. 

She is certified by Oracle as both a Java instructor and Java Developer. She has served as a trainer for Java and Android at the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation’s (MDEC) Trained-The-Trainer and Job-Camp programs. With over 15 years of experience in training and lecturing, she remains deeply passionate about teaching and exploring new technologies, driven by the belief that software development propels technological advancement. Currently, she imparts her knowledge in programming and IT-related subjects at the School of American Education, Sunway University. Her interests lie in software development, mobile development, IoT and Natural Language Processing.
