Biography

Wong Wing Tien is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He started his professional career under an articleship programme to pursue the MICPA professional accounting qualification where he has won medals for best performances in financial accounting, and taxation papers and overall best performer at the final level. He has over 10 years of auditing experience with two of the Big 4 professional accounting firms of which he is now an alumni member, and over fifteen years of commercial experience as the chief financial officer, general manager (finance) and associate director of public-listed companies that are involved in manufacturing, retailing, and banking, before joining Sunway University as Lecturer in the Department of Accounting.
