Biography

Paul is the Head, Centre for Commercial Law and Justice, Sunway University and is actively engaged in the teaching, administration and management of courses and programmes in the Business School.

Paul teaches Business Law, Company Law and Law and Society at the undergraduate level and Legal Aspects of Industrial Relations at post-graduate level.

Paul is an Executive Member of the Selangor Chapter of the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF Selangor), a Committee Member of the Constitutional Law Committee of the Bar Council of Malaysia and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, United Kingdom.
