Biography

Dr G found his passion in people land organisational enablement more than 25 years ago. The non-bridging gaps between academia and industries has inspired him to join Sunway University and continuously share his industrial knowledge and experiences to an academia world. He utilises adult education concept (Andragogy), methodology and approach in creating a self-directed lifelong learning to build knowledge capacity among students to face future challenges.

His vast experience as a Human Resource Practitioner for various leading industries like Telecommunication, Automobile Dealers, Big Four Consulting firms and global conglomerates, gave me the edge to apply innovative organisational practices and create values to the learners. Over the years of practice, across all levels of organisational hierarchy, his presentation and teaching skills become seamless to impart knowledge with real-life case studies.

He has been exposed and leading futuristic digital transformational programs such as HR Go Digital (Blockchain, AI, Mixed Reality & Robotics), Future of Work Re-Design, Building Digital Capabilities, Enhanced Employee Experience Journey, and Readiness to Digital Future Skill with Corporate-wide Re-skilling initiative. Design and roll-out future proof organization structure that transforms the current practices towards a Co-Agile, Engaged and Inspired work culture. In the process he invented a change model for the digital age, Go, Do & Be Model. The hands-on industry experiences on the future of work and creating future proof workforce is one of the important skill sets that add value to the new generations learners.

Currently he is part of Sunway Business School.
