Biography

Evelyn obtained her PhD Marketing from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM Sintok) on 12th November 2018. Evelyn has taught in various private higher education institutions in Malaysia. The subjects that Evelyn used to teach included Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Workforce Diversity, Introduction to Management, Organisational Development, Introduction to Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Academic Research Skills and Critical Thinking Skills. The modules in Management were developed by Evelyn. Evelyn has about 16 years of teaching experience. Evelyn’s initial research and conference proceedings were centred in the Management area. Evelyn has also reviewed and contributed to textbooks and case books in this area as well. Recently, most of her research started to shift to the area of Marketing, predominantly in the areas of consumer decision making (CDM), intentions, behaviour, psychology and behaviour studies.
