Pai Wei joined Sunway Education Group in 2007.  She teaches economic-related subjects offered by Sunway Business School. She has obtained her Bachelor degree in Economics from Universiti Utara Malaysia and Master degree in Economics from University of Malaya in year 1993 and 1996, respectively. She started her teaching profession in higher learning institution in 1998 after gaining several years of working experience in a stock-broking firm as a research analyst. She obtained her PhD study in a local research university.
