Biography

Dr Shamsiah Banu Mohamad Hanefar, a dedicated educator with 22 years of experience, specialises in educational psychology and champions spiritual intelligence. Experienced in diverse fields such as education, organizational psychology, and personal development, she serves as a senior lecturer at Sunway University. Certified by HRDF since 2009, Shamsiah excels as an external examiner, article reviewer, program coordinator, and module developer. In her prior role, she oversaw the Teacher Training Programme under the World Bank and Bangladesh College Education Programme, managing Master Trainer Associates. A global trainer, she focuses on holistic wellbeing, inclusive education for Orang Asli, holistic intelligences, and leadership in her research endeavors.
