SHSM Representatives Attend TRMC 2023

Sunway University was proud to have the School of Hospitality and Service Management represented at the 5th International Tourism and Retail Service Management Conference (TRMC 2023) held in Macau. The University would like to thank our consortium partner, Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM), for putting together such an elaborate conference.  TRMC 2023 brought together researchers, students and practitioners to contribute to discussions that continually innovate tourism and retail services.

The TRMC Consortium comprises notable hospitality and tourism higher education institutions, including Macao Institute for Tourism Studies, the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management at the University of South Carolina (US), Breda University of Applied Science (The Netherlands), Nankai University (China), Sunway University (Malaysia), and Hangzhou City University (China).

Associate Professor Alexander Trupp, Associate Professor Joo Ee Gan, and Dr Elangkovan Narayanan represented Sunway University at the conference.
