Congratulations to Professor Mohammad Khalid and GAMRG Team on the Establishment of Sunway Centre for Electrochemical Energy and Sustainable Technology (SCEEST)

The School of Engineering and Technology has successfully established a new Research Entity, the Sunway Centre for Electrochemical Energy and Sustainable Technology (SCEEST), under the leadership of Professor Mohammad Khalid. This establishment was approved by the Academic Senate on 16 June.

The SCEEST aims to address pressing global challenges related to energy production, storage, and environmental sustainability by upgrading the Graphene and Advanced 2D Materials Research Group (GAMRG). The SCEEST will bring together leading experts, state-of-the-art facilities, and collaborative partnerships to conduct cutting-edge research and develop innovative solutions in the field of electrochemical energy and sustainable technology.
