A Legacy of Giving

We were proud to host the highly anticipated event, "A Legacy Of Giving", to appreciate our alumni who have contributed back to the #MostHappeningCampus!

We were honoured to welcome Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr Jeffrey Cheah as the Guest of Honour, alongside Professor Dato' Elizabeth Lee, Professor Sibrandes Poppema, Professor Teo Ee Sing, and Professor Abhimanyu Veerakumarasivam at the event. 

The momentous event consisted of a skillful performance by our music scholars, video presentation of The OFFICIAL Sunway Alumni Community and Sunway Student LIFE’s initiatives during the pandemic, wonderful message by Tan Sri Dr Jeffrey Cheah, and an inspiring session with our alumni who took turns to share their personal experiences as a scholarship recipient. 

The first ever “Giving Sunwayian Award” was also presented to Leong Chee Keong, Chow Shenn Kuan, and Steven Chang, who have gone above and beyond in their philanthropic efforts.
