Prof. Datin Dr Chia Yook Chin Appointed as Assessment Panel for the Research Fund Assessment Committee of the Ministry of Higher Education

The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) is the agency that regulates the provision of the high impact research funding to various institutions in Malaysia under the Research Fund of the Ministry of Higher Education (DP KPT). Direction setting and KPT's DP strategy is an initiative to encourage, leapfrog and play an important role in ensuring that research and innovation are able to position Malaysia towards a high -income and innovation -driven nation through the discovery of Malaysian -shaped research results.

The Department of Higher Education (JPT) is pleased to appoint YBhg. Datin as the Panel of Assessor for the Research Fund Assessment Committee of the Ministry of Higher Education (DP KPT) effective 1 January 2021. The Department congratulates the appointment and hopes that YBhg. Datin can assist the Committee to perform its duties with excellence and achieve the set goals.
