Abstract
Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow will deliver an address, "Dynamic Economic Development & Shared Prosperity", outlining his administration's vision for the development of Penang.
YAB Chow Kon Yeow was appointed as Chief Minister of Penang on 13 May 2018. He is currently the MP for Tanjong and ADUN for Padang Kota. Previously, he has been serving as state Executive Committee member for local government, traffic management and flood mitigation in Penang since 2008. Before joining politics, he was a journalist, with a degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
