For your information, the Harvard Medical School Healthcare Leadership (SEAL) programme in conjunction with Sunway Medical Centre and Sunway University has been launched. The programme is targeting healthcare managers and physicians interested in healthcare administration and will start in March 2018. There will be scholarships available for applicants from ASEAN. HMS-SEAL is a one-year certificate program consisting of three, four-day residential workshops (in Bandar Sunway, and Boston, Massachusetts), pre-recorded lectures and interactive webinars focused on healthcare emerging issues

This program will benefit the hospital and other healthcare leaders including:

1.      Senior and executive level administrators including VPs and C-suite executives
2.      Chiefs of staff
3.      Chief nursing officers
4.      Hospital board members
5.      Department directors
6.      Other health care professionals with supervisory, management or executive level responsibilities
7.      Clinicians who are transitioning or seeking to transition into administrative, management or executive roles
8.      Mid-level medical and non-medical personnel who aspire to become directors, executives or administrators or obtain other positions of leadership within the health care industry
