| Synopsis | The objective of the course is to provide an overview of available technology, and guide participants to go through a reflection process on how technology can improve existing business processes thus leading to the digital transformation of a business. |
| Learning Outcome | By the end of this course, learners will be able to identify existing technological trends and its benefits, identify available digital tools to improve existing company processes, and identify a low-level change that can be implemented in the workplace to improve business processes and outcomes. |
