Serving as a bridge between postgraduate students and university administration and faculty, PGSCS strives to improve postgraduate experience at Sunway University.

Sunway University Postgraduate Student Council Installation Ceremony
Introducing the newly established Sunway University Postgraduate Student Council at our very first installation ceremony, where we witnessed the installation of the inaugural Executive Committee Core Team for the term 2023/2024. This event marked a new chapter for the postgraduate community at Sunway University.
Lending An Ear: A Dialogue with Postgraduates
In this event, postgraduates had the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from Sunway University’s upper management to discuss matters concerning our postgraduate students. We are grateful to have Prof. Abhimanyu Veerakumarasivam, Provost of Sunway University, Prof. Chai Lay Ching, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education), and Prof. Mahendhiran Nair, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research Engagement & Impact) to lend their listening ears during the panel discussion and provide us with their feedback on the issues raised by the students. It was a fruitful session and we hope to have more events of a similar nature in the future.
