It is both a technical and creative degree programme, providing you with solid music theory and academic knowledge, while developing your skills in audio technology through studio practice and interdisciplinary collaborative projects. The Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science is a research-based programme in which students become actively engaged in bidirectional translational medicine. The programme focuses on studies that either bring current issues from patients and medical care to laboratory settings, or take scientific discoveries made in the laboratory or the clinic and transforms them into new treatments and approaches to improve health and medical care in the community.

The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Music Performance is focused on Western art music, with training in practical musicianship, music theory, and academic knowledge.
