Biography

Nur Faridatull Syafinaz holds the Program Leader and Lecturer for Interior Architecture at Sunway University. She completed her Master of Architecture with Honours from the University of Liverpool, UK, and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Prior to her career in academia, she worked as an architect for C'arch Architecture + Design and was actively involved in design and construction projects. During this time, she gained valuable experience and developed a strong understanding of the impact architecture has on society. She is a registered graduate architect with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) and an Associate Member of Perekabandar, a professional organization for urban planners and architects. Currently, Syafinaz is pursuing her Ph.D. studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), focusing on hospital design and restorative environments.
