Biography

Rich Tolosi has been involved in education and training for over 25 years but has focused on teaching ESL for the past 15 years in Cambodia, Australia, and most currently, Malaysia. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in cross-cultural studies, as well as a graduate diploma in TESOL. Rich joined CELS (Centre for English Language Studies) in February 2020 and has been teaching academic English in the Intensive English Programme (IEP).
