Department of Management

The Department of Management focuses on research in relation to the fields of supply change management and corporate social performance, encompassing topics such as reverse supply chain management, inclusion and diversity, humanistic management, work-life balance, gendered leadership, entrepreneurship and labour market issues such as social security. We publish extensively, producing A* and A-ranked publications in the Australian Business Deans Council’s (ABDC) journal quality list and in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
