Founded in France 120 years ago, Le Cordon Bleu is one of the most distinguished organisations in the world devoted to the culinary arts and hospitality education. It is renowned for its expertise, innovation, tradition and refinement in the culinary arts and for world-class excellence in hospitality education. Graduates from our Le Cordon Bleu-certified programmes receive a parchment from Le Cordon Bleu in addition to the programme’s degree or diploma award. Our graduates therefore receive both academic and industry recognition upon completion, giving them a competitive edge in the local and international hospitality industry.
We provide a well-equipped training ground for students to hone their practical skills in culinary arts, hospitality and events management. Students have access to a mock hotel suite, a beverage laboratory and different types of kitchen — cuisine, pastry and demo. Our students also manage a fully functional dining restaurant known as Athanor, allowing them to apply their classroom teachings to real-life scenarios.
To provide students with an added edge, our programmes come with an internship component that helps open doors to the industry. We are affiliated with well-established organisations in hospitality and the culinary arts, giving our students a head start in their careers. Our students intern with prominent organisations like the JW Marriott, Shangri-La, The Westin, The Big Group and Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
