Sunway University is suspending all its international student mobility, as part of the efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus, following travel bans and restrictions globally. This includes all activities including inbound/outbound short-term programmes, studying abroad, and student exchanges, until further notice. We will be regularly reviewing the situation, and will update our students, staff and partner institutions as soon as the University considers that the situation has changed sufficiently in any particular country or destination to re-commence offering our mobility programmes.
Sunway University remains committed to its globally focused curriculum and our international partners. We are exploring ways to develop new global learning initiatives such as ‘Virtual Exchange’ and ‘Internationalisation-at-Home’ activities that can help to overcome the current inability to travel safely.
