Conference registration fees include:
- Conference attendance
- Paper or poster presentation
- Journal submission to special issues
- Conference programme e-booklet
- E-certificate of participation (for presenters and participants)

Registration Policies
- Registration fees are applicable to each participant
- All fees are to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only
- For papers with more than one author, the co-author(s) will need to register individually and pay in full as presenters if they wish to attend the conference
- tudent participants, please provide a scanned copy of your Student Card and a supporting letter from your institution
- In case of withdrawal or cancellation of participation, the conference fees paid are non-refundable
Group Registration
Attending with your team?
The EMSEE2022 is pleased to offer special rates to a group of three or more attending the international conference on emerging materials for sustainable energy and environments from the same institution or organization. The discounted registration rate is as below:

Attendees from multiple departments may register as a group if those departments are within the same organization or system. Individuals cannot be added to a group registration after the initial group is processed and will not be provided the group discount.
Please note that group registrations must use only one form of payment for all registration fees. Splitting payments are not allowed for group registrations that are eligible for discounts.
