  5. We have invested in state-of-the-art facilities in our School facilities including a mock hotel suite, a beverage laboratory, cuisine kitchens, pastry kitchen, demo kitchen and ‘Athanor’ a fully functional dining restaurant managed by School of Hospitality.

Our Culinary Team and Food & Beverage Team have won numerous awards in both local and international cooking/pastry/beverage competitions such as Global Taste of Korea Contest, Asia Food Festival, Asia Pastry Cup, Nestle Milano Coffee Challenge, Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) Challenge, Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM) Culinary Competition, Ultimate Monin Cup, Battle of the Chefs, etc.
